Physical Therapy in Chapmanville, WV (304) 310-4721

FAQ
How do I get Physical Therapy at REBOUND PT?
It's simple, give us a call! No referral is necessary for an injury screening. If you are seeing a physician for your injury or condition, tell them you want Rebound Physical Therapy in Chapmanville. Either way, call us and we'll assist you in setting up your screening or evaluation.
Does REBOUND PT accept my insurance?
Yes. As a convenience to you, we will bill your insurance directly. We are preferred, in-network providers for most major insurance plans. We will work with you to understand your coverage, benefits, and answer any questions you have about your insurance.
What should I expect on my first visit?
Upon arrival, you'll be asked to fill out some paperwork about your medical history, current complaints, and insurance information. It's best to arrive about 15 minutes before your scheduled time. The therapist will ask you questions about your injury/condition and perform tests/measures to find your PT diagnosis. Your therapist will then discuss your diagnosis, create a treatment plan, and start your treatment. You'll be given a home exercise program and instructions on what to do until your next visit. There's always time for questions, so if you have them....ask. Your first visit will last around an hour.
How long does a typical visit last?
Most visits last somewhere between 30 minutes and an hour.
How long will I have to come to Physical Therapy?
We will work closely with you and your doctor to establish a plan that will help you recover in as few sessions as possible. Rebound PT will not keep seeing you simply for the sake of treating and billing you. It's our belief that progress toward your goals should be evident and measurable. If you aren't improving, we'll change the plan or refer you back to your doctor. If you meet your goals, we'll give you a home program for maintenance and prevention and discharge your episode of care. Either way, we're always here to answer your questions and address your concerns.
I work, can I still get physical therapy without missing work?
We appreciate the fact that many people go to work every day with pain or injury. Rebound PT has extended hours to help you fit Physical Therapy into your already busy schedule. We're open from 8am-5pm Monday, Wednesday, and Friday with late hours 8am-8pm on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Still no time? Ask us! We offer appointment times outside of normal hours and on weekends by appointment. Nothing is more important than your health - give us a call to discuss your scheduling needs.
What makes REBOUND different from the other area clinics?
We believe that sound, evidence-based treatments provided in a one-on-one environment not only improve patient outcomes but also improve your satisfaction and quality of life. As life-long members of the local community, we appreciate your values - understand the demands of your job - and believe that the health of our community can improve one person at a time. At Rebound, you'll get the personal attention you need and want from a licensed professional trained to understand your condition and treat it accordingly. We understand common medical conditions and how they influence your recovery as well as the "Red Flags" that would warrant a referral back to your physician. You can be confident that during your time at Rebound, you will be receiving the highest quality care available.
